On June 24, 2020, the V-BID Center director, A. Mark Fendrick, virtually presented on the Washington Health Alliance Dollar$ and $ense webinar.
Dr. Fendrick spoke about coronavirus testing and treatment costs, projection of net reduction in medical costs for 2020 for payers, providers and purchasers, the impact of delayed or deferred care, and the opportunities to permanently eliminate wasteful, non-evidenced based care and strategies for implementation.
