On Wednesday, May 10, V-BID Center Director Dr. Mark Fendrick spoke at the Association of Health Care Journalists webinar on the implications of the Braidwood v. Becerra ruling. The free webcast discussed how the ruling could limit or restrict the government’s ability to require health insurers and employer to cover evidence-based preventive services without cost-sharing. 

Dr. Fendrick spoke about the history of Affordable Care Act preventive services provisions, its profound impact, as well as the clinical and equity implications if the ruling is upheld.
