V-BID Center director, A. Mark Fendrick, presented to the students, faculty, and researchers of the University of Washington Program in Health Economics and Outcomes Research Methodologies (PHEnOM).  PHEnOM is a program at the Comparative Health Outcomes, Policy, and Economics (CHOICE) Institute within the Department of Pharmacy.
