On Thursday, September 7, Dr. A. Mark Fendrick, MD, Director of the Center for Value-Based Insurance Design (V-BID), along with Dr. Michael Chernew, presented at the Center for Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight (CCIIO) in Bethesda, MD.
CCIIO is the component of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid (CMS) responsible for implementing the private health insurance portions of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA).
