On April 10, 2020 at 12PM EDT, the V-BID Center’s A. Mark Fendrick virtually presented at the University of Michigan Department of Internal Medicine Grand Rounds.
His topic was “Value-Based Insurance Design: Enhancing Access to Essential Clinical Services During COVID Pandemic and Beyond.” The presentation provided an update on ongoing V-BID initiatives, the inclusion of V-BID principles in the response to COVID-19, and the potential role of V-BID in the ‘new normal’ of health care delivery post-pandemic.
