On Tuesday, April 20, 2021, V-BID Center director, A. Mark Fendrick, presented at the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program Carrier Conference, co-hosted by the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and America’s Health Insurance Plans (AHIP). 

Dr. Fendrick’s presentation, “Eliminating Low-Value Care to Create ‘Headroom’ for
Spending on High-Value Care”,  was part of the Low-Value Care general session, which highlighted why OPM is committed to reducing unnecessary costs to the government and enrollees.
