Thomas Jefferson UniversityOn Tuesday, November 3,  V-BID Center Director, Dr. A. Mark Fendrick, participated in an Expert Roundtable Discussion in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  The event, entitled “Improving Heath Outcomes for Patients with Depression Using Population Heath Approach,” was hosted by the Jefferson College of Population Health and the Takeda-Lundbeck Alliance.

Dr. Fendrick engaged in a discussion on payment reform and reimbursement, specifically, how innovative ideas such as  benefit structures and decision making (V-BID), personalized care, and clinical nuance can help to improve the quality of care for people with depression.
